At TechRefurbZ, we take pride in providing reliable refurbished products that meet high-quality standards. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which TechRefurbZ offers warranty service for refurbished hardware products.
Warranty Applicability
This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from TechRefurbZ’s official website or physical store. Products purchased from third-party platforms where TechRefurbZ is listed as a seller are not covered under this warranty. For third-party purchases, refer to the specific warranty policies of the respective marketplace.
Warranty Period
A Standard Warranty typically covers the repair or replacement of the product due to manufacturing defects within the specified warranty period, usually one year from the date of purchase.
What is Covered?
Defects in Materials and Workmanship
TechRefurbZ warrants that all refurbished products included in their original packaging are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Standard Warranty
- Non-Apple Products: Warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.(Extended Warranty: Customers can opt for an extended warranty at the time of purchase.)
- Apple Products: Warranty is valid for one months from the date of purchase.
NOTE: The battery and adapter are covered for 3 months only.
Covered defects will be serviced during the warranty period unless excluded as detailed below.
What is Not Covered?
Exclusions
- Consumable parts like batteries (unless due to manufacturing defects).
- Superficial damage (scratches, dents, or broken parts) not caused by defects in workmanship.
- Third-party accessories or components not included in the original packaging.
- Software issues (operating systems, applications, or custom software).
- Damage caused by:
- Accidents, misuse, or abuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- External causes (fire, liquid contact, natural disasters, etc.)
Other Limitations
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers.
- Stolen products or those locked due to security measures (e.g., passwords).
Customer Responsibilities
- Data Backup:
Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data stored on the device. TechRefurbZ is not liable for any data loss during repairs or replacements. - Proof of Purchase:
Warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Initial Resolution
- Issues will first be assessed remotely within 24–48 hours. Troubleshooting assistance will be provided to address the problem.

- If the issue is unresolved, the product may need to be sent to the TechRefurbZ service center for inspection and repair.
Replacement
- If repair is not feasible, TechRefurbZ will replace the product with one of equivalent specifications and value.
Shipping and Handling
Proper Packaging:
Customers must ensure the product is securely packaged when sending it for service. Damage during transit due to inadequate packaging is not covered.
Limitation of Liability
- TechRefurbZ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of refurbished products.
- TechRefurbZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, revenue loss, or business disruptions.
