Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice

Refund & Return Policy

Orders will be taken only upon receiving the approved Purchase Orders or mail confirmation. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged. Short Shipment of materials should be brought to notice immediately. Physical inspection of goods is done before dispatching. No warranty for burnt or any physical damages. Interest will be charges @24% PA for the delayed payments. Payments made to TechRefurbZ Corporate account should be intimated on the same day of transfer. If customer did any advance payment to TechRefurbZ should be intimated to on the same day. In case if no service or products are available as per PO such advance amount will be refunded only upon the request by the respective.

Product Description

TECHREFURBZ tries to be as accurate as possible. However, TechRefurbZ does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by TechRefurbZ itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Product Availability Clause

TECHREFURBZ does reasonable efforts to deliver the Products ordered in accordance with the agreement but if for any reason the item you have ordered should be out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you within 48 hours, and let you know when the item will be back in stock or No Stock TechRefurbZ has the authority to cancel the order and the refund the amount as per refund policy.

Cancellation by TECHREFURBZ

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Your money will be returns in your account once the placed order has been cancelled subject to approval from our side. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit/cash card has been charged, the credited amount by deducting the bank charges will be reversed back to your bank account which you share with us.

Credit or Debit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit or debit card details provided by you for availing of services in TechRefurbZ will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit or debit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit or debit card transaction, you must use your own credit or debit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit or debit card details to TechRefurbZ. Further the said information will not be utilised and shared by TechRefurbZ with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. TechRefurbZ will not be liable for any credit or debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you. We as a partner shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Fraudulent/Declined Transactions

TechRefurbZ reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. TechRefurbZ reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement and have the requisite authority to bind the other party to this Agreement. You shall not use this Site if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

You Agree and Confirm
