Terms and Conditions for the TechRefurbZ Affiliate Program:

Welcome to TechRefurbZ! Thank you for joining our Affiliate program. By accessing or using the Program as a merchant ("we" or "merchant") or an affiliate ("you" or "affiliate"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program.

1. Registration Approval:
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Registration at our sole discretion. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons:
Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also create links for specific products or collections. If a person clicks on multiple referral links, only the last one clicked before purchase will be credited.
You may be assigned a coupon code, which you can promote as instructed on your Dashboard. If a customer uses both your affiliate link and a coupon code, commissions will not be duplicated. Promotion of unassigned coupons is prohibited.
Affiliates may promote the merchant's website on various online (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and offline channels (e.g., classified ads, magazines).

3. Commissions and Payments:
Earn commissions for referring customers who make purchases on our website, based on our Commission structure. Commissions are calculated on order value excluding additional fees (tax, shipping, etc.).
To receive commissions, ensure your payment details are specified in Settings. The payment schedule is detailed in the Affiliate Guide.
Payments are made only for successfully completed transactions that are not returned. The merchant reserves the right to review all referral orders under a fair use policy. Commission statuses are viewable in the Commission tab, with paid commissions listed in the Payment tab. Chargebacks or refunds will void commission payments.
You become eligible for commission payments after reaching a minimum sales value of 1 Lakh overall.

4. Marketing Tools:
Access promotional materials such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions via the Marketing tool tab. You can download media or obtain HTML embed codes to share on affiliate channels.

5. Network:
If the Network tab is activated, you can invite others to become your downline affiliates. Earn network commissions based on merchant settings for orders brought in by your downline affiliates.
To invite affiliates, share your network link. Any affiliate who signs up through your link becomes your downline affiliate.

6. Cookies:
We use cookies to track users who click on your affiliate links. Users must allow cookies for tracking to be effective.
Tracking begins when a customer clicks on your affiliate link or uses your assigned coupon. Within the cookie duration, any orders placed by that customer on our website will earn you commissions automatically.

7. Removal from Program:
Affiliates can opt-out of the program by contacting info@techrefurbz.com.
