Yes. Our in-house repair team tests every unit against a 72-point QC checklist and fixes faults using quality spare parts.
Where do your laptops come from?
We are KSPCB and CPCB certified refurbishers. We buy these machines from corporates after thorough inspection.
Do the laptops come with a genuine operating system?
Yes. We supply devices with a genuine OS only.
Can I see or test a unit before ordering?
A demo can be arranged for bulk enquiries. Availability may vary by model and location.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty terms vary by model, and the warranty period is stated on your quotation. It covers hardware issues only. Physical damage, liquid damage and regular wear and tear are not covered. Battery and adapter terms may differ by model.
Where do I take a unit for service?
Carry-in at our Bengaluru location.
What is the minimum order?
10 units for bulk pricing. Smaller orders are at regular pricing.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. We do e-invoicing.
Can you upgrade RAM or storage for a bulk order?
Usually yes. It depends on current memory and storage pricing and on whether the device supports the upgrade. Additional time may be required.
Do you offer trade-in or buyback of old laptops?
Yes. We inspect corporate lots and quote accordingly.
How fast can you deliver?
2 to 3 working days on stocked orders within Bengaluru city limits.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
We can deliver by courier. Delivery charges may vary from case to case. Warranty remains carry-in or courier-in only, at your expense.
